Progress continues through the cold and snow. Major progress in plumbing – rough plumbing has passed inspection which means drywall is being installed. Electrical rough continues with busing which holds breakers in the breaker panels is being installed. Temporary roof covering is holding through the poor weather, no leaks inside.
The Annex, small building between Duncan and Fairfield will have to removed that is periodically used for a Camp Shop. Initial demolition plans indicated that the Annex was going to have to be removed. Woody and Jack were hopeful that it was not going to have to be removed. Unfortunately due to the setback required, 25’, for the propane tanks (2 – 1,000 gallon tanks) the Annex will have to be removed.
